We’re looking for an organised and hands-on operations manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the business by maintaining commercial data, organising key company-wide communications, facilitating meetings, supporting with ISO audits, and assisting with ad-hoc projects in the MD & Ops team.

About You
- You are very organised
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can engage in a professional and friendly manner with employees of all seniority levels.
- You have experience working with Microsoft Office, and in particular you are skilled with Excel and Outlook
- You have experience with at least one of ISO 27001 or ISO 9001
- Prior experience in a professional services context would be beneficial
The Package
Softwire operates transparent pay scales and a profit share scheme based on role and overall company performance.
- Base salary is based on experience in role and is expected to be between £49,100 and £64,600
- You will also receive a profit share which depends on your experience, band and the companies overall performance
- Pension: Additional 5% of salary
- Hybrid working, with some limited on-site requirement in London (c. 1dpw, variable).
