The Role

As our new Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, working alongside our senior team to implement and monitor effective strategies to drive our brand forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with our senior marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies
  • Maintain our marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards using CRM data and analytics tools
  • Work closely with our Content Lead to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content assets
  • Assist in proofreading and editing to maintain our brand’s voice and consistency
  • Help plan and execute engaging marketing events, both online and offline
  • Support the execution of our social media strategies and engage with our audience

What We’re Looking For

  • A bright, enthusiastic individual who uses their initiative and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table
  • Around 2-3 years of experience in a B2B tech marketing role
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics (nice to have, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn

Package

Softwire operates transparent pay scales and a profit share scheme based on role and overall company performance

  • Base salary from £36,100-£40,900 depending on your background and how many years of relevant experience you have.
  • You can expect to receive a profit share depending on your experience and company performance. Over the last three years, this ranged between £1,750 – £3,000.
  • Pension: Additional 5% of salary
