Tom says he’s happiest when he’s working on interesting things with talented people.

We like to think that means he’s happy all the time at Softwire.

Driven by a desire to make a difference to people and society, Tom’s led a number of our high-profile public sector digital projects. He’s also been instrumental in the growth of our innovation and design division, which has ultimately meant we can take on much bigger and more rewarding work.

Nicknamed ‘Seth Rogen’ after the actor with whom he shares a striking resemblance (come to think of it, we’ve never seen the two in the same place…), Tom’s also a sports fanatic. He organises and plays in the successful Softwire five-a-side football team, which has lifted the Camden Premier League title.

Yet despite his notable professional and sporting achievements, Tom reveals his inner geek when we ask him what his proudest accomplishment in life is: “Completing Perfect Dark on my N64 in the hardest difficulty mode.”
