Joanna Cheng

Joanna is a Delivery Lead with Softwire. She joined Softwire’s graduate programme in 2019, having previously completed an internship with us. She’s since been involved with clients such as Starling Bank, LNER and RSA (known for its More Than insurance brand).

“I enjoy working with people who are kind, and care about what they do. I know that whatever Softwire project I’m on, I’ll have the support I need to succeed in what I’m doing, and can provide the space for those I’m managing to succeed as well,” Joanna explains.

Colleagues and clients alike are impressed by Joanna’s good-natured ability to keep any meeting on track, and focused on its goals. She’s also adept at listening to her colleagues’ wants and needs, and balancing them to create an ideal working environment for everyone.

When she isn’t busy keeping her team on track, Joanna enjoys playing in various amateur orchestras.
