Andrew Thomas

Andrew joined us in 2003 after achieving a first in Maths at Oxford and, like the rest of our management team has worked in numerous positions from developer through to project management and consultancy.

As Managing Director, he leads a team of 200 software developers, digital designers, project managers, consultants and testers across a range of projects with a combined annual value of £20m+.

Andrew likes creative thinking and is inspired by people who can look at a complex problem and clearly see what needs to be done to solve it.

He’s also a keen advocate of diversity, conducting research into our applicant intake and working to make Softwire a more inclusive environment for everyone.
