CTO Craft Bytes: The Lean Tech Leadership Playbook – Maximum Impact with Minimum Resources
Join us in Manchester for CTO Craft Bytes.
At our next CTO Craft Bytes session in Manchester, Tim Benjamin, Principal Technology Consultant at Softwire, will explore how technology leaders at scaling companies can drive performance and deliver results in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
Rather than focusing on theoretical approaches, Tim will offer a grounded perspective on what it takes to build and scale effective engineering teams under real-world constraints. Drawing on lean principles and hands-on experience, Tim will share specific techniques for maximising team output while maintaining quality and sustainability.
